Home to Fiji’s main international airport, Nadi is often the first place visited by foreigners. Namaka, Nadi Town’s CBD and Megunyeh (along Nadi’s back road) and Navo and Qeleloa (on the town’s outskirts) also prominently feature apartments. Denarau Island pioneered strata title developments in Fiji and the Sheraton Villas and other hotel apartments (such as at the Hilton Fiji) continue to be popular investments for the island’s floral surroundings, plush recreations and upmarket, retail marina.
