Free car giveaways have been introduced as an attractive incentive for property buyers at Tuscany Dreams, the new real estate development rising on the shores of Sonaisali, outside Nadi.
Developer, Bobby Khan said it was the first such initiative in the country, with 17 brand new Kia Rio cars to give away for lot buyers.
“This offer is only valid for a limited time and there are only 17 lots left to secure,” he said.
Settlements need to be done by late April, with a 10 percent deposit to secure deals, he added.
Tuscany Dreams encompasses canal-front lots nestled on the Sonaisali foreshore, facing the Hilton’s Double-Tree Resort on Naisali Island and bordering Khan’s hotel, Resort Relax Fiji and the nearby Bayview Cove Resort.
The first stage has already sold out 20 lots measuring 1000sqm, with luxury villas now under construction. Stage 2 has 17 larger canal, waterfront lots measuring 1500 sqm, and registered valuation of $400,000 located on Crown Land under a 99-year lease.
Spread over 107 acres, Tuscany Dreams’ river canal runs into the sea, with house and land packages beginning at $850,000. Khan’s own company, Western Homes Ltd (Fiji) are also providing luxury villas and other homes for the high quality, middle to top end of the market. The area is a 15-minute drive from Nadi International Airport and 10 minutes from Nadi Town’s CBD.
Khan returned to Fiji after 25-years in New Zealand and has already amassed a credible property portfolio, spanning the Nadi Event Centre, a commercial building in Nadi Town’s CBD, an office, warehouse and apartment units along the Nadi back road and Resort Relax Fiji amongst others. There are also plans for a large commercial development in Cuvu, Sigatoka.
