Fiji’s Northern region covers Vanua Levu- the country’s second largest island- and the surrounding islands of Taveuni, Qamea, Matagi, Laucala, Mali, Kioa, Rabi and other smaller islets.

The vicinity of Nabouwalu lays between Savusavu and Labasa on the Hibiscus Highway, the main road route of Vanua Levu, and plans are underway by the Fijian Government to declare it a town. Once incepted as a township, homes in the area are expected to fall under municipal boundaries be part of Bua Province’s growing developments.
