Major commercial properties have been availed in Ba by the Motibhai Group, which is centralizing all its divisional business arms at its upcoming business park in Nadi.
The Motibhai Business Park covers close to 14,000 sqm along the Queens Rd at Legalega, Nadi and will include the group’s corporate headquarters.
This has seen six prime properties put on the market for either rent or sale, and offered on individual or one-line basis.
All properties are in the industrially-wealthy town’s prime commercial vicinity with easy CBD access and suitable for light industrial, commercial, warehouse or residential purposes.
They are all Freehold along Ganga St in the CBD and nearby Motibhai Lane and Bank St, encompassing multi-storey concrete properties with warehouse spaces, commercial and retail offices and residential flats.
Motibhai has invited expressions of interest from prospective parties, to be sent to Group Property Manager, Harbana Kumar on harbans@motibhai.com.fj, with the EOI closing on March 31.
