Bayshore Real Estate marked its official launch in Lautoka last night, seven months after breaking into the flourishing market.
After beginning operations in February, the boutique agency is determined to set a benchmark for realty professionalism.
The firm was founded by Principal, Arif Khan, a broker with 17-years of industry experience in California, and his wife, fellow real estate broker, Zain.
“Things have been quite different in Fiji so we’ve been working with partners and have been grateful for their guidance,” Mr Khan said.
The Bayshore team includes agent, Mildred Wade and salesperson, Pita Whippy, alongside administrative staff, and combined, offer over 30 years of industry experience.
“We’re in an upward trend, as far as servicing our clients and closing transactions,” Mr Khan added.
He noted that Lautoka was an exciting market which represented a lot of potential for investors and first-time buyers, and better value for money compared to Nadi.
Lautoka City Council CEO, Jone Nakauvadra commended the real estate agency’s solid establishment in the Sugar City, particularly during a time of key developments.
“Lautoka is going through some very exciting times right now, with key investors, hotel projects and a boundary expansion underway,” he said.
