Koro Beach Resort and an adjoining series of 24 residentially zoned lots are on the market with a negotiable asking price of FJD $2.5 million.
The property is nestled on the Western side of Koro Island, in the Lomaiviti group and according to its owners, covers 5.2679 hectares.
The resort has seven eco-friendly bures, with a well equipped kitchen, a male and female toilet/shower block for campers.
“When the Category 5 cyclone Winston ripped through Koro these beach bures were the only buildings left standing because they are so well constructed,”.
The property is under a 99-year tourism lease effective from September 10, 2014 and the entire resort also has a spring water supply and powered by solar energy.
“The resort has a breezy yacht club style dining area and spacious car park as well as a valid hotel license.”
The 24 residential lots have 99-year leaseholds and span a minimum of half an acre each, which the owners say could be utilized for future resort development or retirement properties.
Most of these boast sea views while two command direct beach access.
“It has two beach-front lots with access to the white sand beach and crystal clear waters and 22 stunning ocean view lots.”
Koro Beach Resort covers 5.2 hectares and buyers have the option of purchasing it for FJD $1.5 million.
The second option offers all 24 residential lots with individual 99-year lease titles at FJD $1.2 million, while both the resort and all residential lots can be offered at a negotiable FJD $2.5 million.
