THE former Martintar site of couriers, CDP Services Ltd, will be developed into a double-storey commercial complex in Nadi.
While developers remain anonymous, exclusive realtor, Amrish Maharaj of Vector Real Estate confirmed that the building would entail 10 office and outlet spaces, with frontage of the Queens Rd.
“Interest for leases have already started flowing in,” he said.
Maharaj added that construction is expected to finish in late 2017.
The building will be located right next to Rosie Holidays, with the surrounding array of cosmopolitan eateries, night life, retail shops, salons, legal firms, real estate agencies and other amenities expected to be a drawcard for prospective tenants.
