Commercial spaces at Denarau Business Park will be available for occupation in December. The business park is located at Denarau Island’s industrial subdivision and offers a range of commercial outlets.
“The concept is a professional business park with eight commercial warehouse / offices,” said director and agent, Brett Whittaker.
Each warehouse has a mezzanine floor, with the total area per warehouse at 171m2.
The spaces include high speed data cabling to each unit, energy-efficient LED lighting, security patrols, 5-meter high B&D roller doors, cyclone-rated glass with Crimsafe and a backup generator for all tenants, for general power usage in cases of blackouts.
Options are also available to increase floor areas, alongside ample customer parking and container storage.
