The Department of Town and Country Planning is looking at designing resilient towns and cities. This was revealed by Permanent Secretary for Department of Town and Country Planning Joshua Wycliffe. Wycliffe says this is to ensure the protection of our environment. “We are in the business of enhancing and rebuilding resilient towns and cities and talking about resilience, it is resilience in economy and resilience in climate change.” Wycliffe says Town and Country Planners to look at every options to make various towns and cities resilient and adopt best practices.
