The Lot is located on the 2nd biggest island in Fiji. One hour flight from Nadi International Airport to Savusavu Town ( the Hidden Paradise) and a ½ hour drive to the Lot that is for sale. The land can be used as a home stay, villas’ and even to build a Resort on especially on the Baby view, Queen view and the Kings view. View’s that have a 360 degrees sea-view, overlooking the Garden Island (Taveuni), Koro Island, Natewa Bay, Fiji’s largest bay, and the coastlines of Savusavu right to the point of Kubulau and Mount Kasi where the second Gold mine is. The lot is located at the Salt Lake. The Lake covers a vast area of about 2KM area surrounded by ridges 120 to 200 mtrs high. The land surrounding the Lots consists of thick virgin forest and having some of the extinct bird species of Fiji. The lake is channelled by a 3KM X 20 mtrs wide passage from the sea. It enjoys both the high and the low tides and also accommodates all towers of marine life. The Lots is near Koro and Namale Resort and a proposed 350 of Golf Course to be built to the Lots. This will include a proposed 5 Star Resort facing the koro sea.
