Upcoming complexes include Denarau Moorings, which brings to the market 56 luxury apartments with optional marina berths and a 131-room hotel, on the banks of the Denarau River. The development is expected to include underground parking, resort pools and apartments with a mix of 2-bedroom properties and 3-bedroom duplex penthouses, designed by local, award-winning architects, the Sharma Design Group, with prices beginning about $900,000.
Denarau Waters is an upcoming, mass scale tourism and residential development on the Southern half of Denarau that is also due to offer opulent dwellings.
Being on Denarau, apartments here retain all the trappings of an upmarket, resort lifestyle and are walking distance to the Denarau Industrial Park, Port Denarau’s plethora of ethnic cuisines, retail shops and wellness centres, as well as the hugely popular Denarau Golf Club, Big Bula Water Park, and other recreational attractions, as well as proximity to the scenic Mamanuca and Yasawa islands.
