Qamea Island is located in Fiji’s Northern Division. It lays to the right of Taveuni, Fiji’s fourth largest island alongside Laucala Island and Matagi Island.

The island has both Freehold and Native land titles and is home to the private Qamea Island Resort and Maqai Fiji Surf Resort. Like the neighbouring island of Taveuni and nearby Savusavu, the island of Qamea is notable for its white sandy beaches, coral reefs and surfs.
