Land lots on the coveted garden island of Taveuni have been listed on the market for FJD $20,000 each.
Realtor, Stephen Noble said they still had about an acre of residential freehold land for this price. Amenities include water supply, rubbish removal and paved roads, though rates apply.
“There are not many left of the resale lots here on Taveuni estates,” he said.
“Once these are gone, buyers will have to purchase from the developer at much higher costs.
Aside from Taveuni, the realty business specializes in homes and land for sale on the neighboring island of Qamea and parts of Vanua Levu such as Savusavu.
Taveuni Estates Fiji are also offering massive discounts on single acre freehold properties on Taveuni for Fiji citizens. It says only limited lots are available from the owner and developer, with prices at FJD $35,000 to $40,000 VIP.
“These prices represent a discount of our foreign prices,” it noted in a statement.
Conditions include annual services charges and rate that cover all water used, road verge maintenance and the use of all facilities. A three percent stamp duty only applies to Fiji citizens.
