Leading maritime operators, South Sea Cruises, plans to launch the country’s first island beach club later this year.
The Malamala Beach Club is located 30 minutes from Port Denarau and its impending launch – due in mid-2017- was announced on Valentines Day.
The first guests are due in mid-2017, with fine cuisine and bar offerings, secluded tropical ambience and a large infinity-edge pool part of the club, which is accessible by a private jetty.
“Malamala Beach Club will be an exceptional addition to our portfolio, being the first island beach club experience in Fiji, and we look forward to welcoming guests later this year,” said South Sea Cruises CEO, Brad Rutherford.
With a chapel on site, the cruise company says it will be the perfect venue for bespoke celebrations, corporate events and other intimate gatherings.
“Guests at Malamala Beach Club will enjoy the large infinity-edge pool looking out onto the crystal=clear waters and coral reefs. With exceptional snorkelling in the reef, plus complimentary non-motorised waters sports, there is plenty to do. Or guests can kick back and relax in one of the private cabanas, sharing something fresh and delicious from our selection of fine cuisine and beverages, and soak up the sun listening to our smooth tunes.
South Sea Cruises is a key inter-island ferry service for the iconic tourism hubs of the Mamanuca and Yasawa islands, with operations including Awesome Adventures, Vinaka Fiji and its boutique cruise ship, Blue Lagoon Cruises.
