A coveted slice of the Natadola Beach Land Estates is up for grabs at the Fiji International, underway at the Natadola Bay Golf Course.
Speaking at the event’s opening VIP cocktail function, Professional Golfers of Australia (PGA) CEO, Brian Thorburn announced the addition of the unique hole-in-one prize.
The 1610 sqm block of land is valued at AUS $480,000, and will be awarded to the first professional- during round four- to ace the 162 metre, par-3 13th hole at the championship golf course.
“Every year we hear the players rave about how beautiful Natadola is and that they love coming to play,” Mr Thorburn stated.
“Now all they have to do is ace the par-3 13th on Sunday (October 9) to be able to call Fiji home too. It is an incredible prize if one lucky player is able to achieve the feat.”
Aside from promoting the country as a golfing destination to international players, Fiji International is keen on also highlighting local real estate opportunities.
The Natadola Beach Land Estates were launched last year as the first gated, luxury community at Natadola Beach, between Nadi and Sigatoka.
Its lots are located on the hills overlooking the InterContinental Fiji Golf Resort & Spa, with house plans exclusively designed by acclaimed New Zealand architect, Ricky Do of BSW Architects Ltd.
