Vatu Vonu or “Turtle Rock” is an amazing luxury villa that includes two homes on 1007 sq meter lot. We are located 26 miles from the mainland of Viti Levu. This private residential home and hotel on the island of Malolo boasts stunning views overlooking the Pacific Barrier reef and the famous two islands of Tavarua and Namotu. Just a short 15 minute boat ride to all the best surfing breaks, fishing and diving!

Vatu Vonu started renting out it’s villas back in January of 2022. We are a fully licensed hotel with current bookings for 2023.

We are selling both homes. The upper unit have three master suits with dual sinks and are all connected thru outside breezeways.

The living and dining room is in the center of the home with full glass doors that open up to a large deck and plunge pool. The views are fabulous. Both homes now have full solar that were installed in December of 2022. The land is a leasehold 99 years and can be renewed.

The lower home has a full kitchen master suite and bath with outdoor shower and a loft that currently has a queen bed and a toilet.

The entryway has a large deck and also has views of the beach and ocean.

Vatu Vonu is a licensed hotel. Our caretakers currently reside in the lower unit and take care of our guests and the homes. If you should decide to rent it, they would be our recommendation to keep them on, as all our guests love them, and their local cooking!

This private villa currently rents as an “ALL INCLUSIVE” that provides you with our amazing caretaker and maid service, your own private longboat & captain for surfing, shopping, dining, snorkeling, etc. Also included is wonderful local tropical cuisines of breakfast and lunch served daily along with your own Fijian Lovo on one of the nights during your stay. Relax next to the private pool or hit the waves or go adventuring.

Vatu Vonu is made up of connected breezeways, so it feels as if each room is its own domain. The bures are built in the classic Fijian fashion with high ceilings, hardwoods, air conditioning and lots of windows and glass to regulate the sea breezes. The house is also located near other resorts where you can take a short boat ride or enjoy a walk on the beach until you reach one of their many bars/restaurants. Vatu Vonu provides all the ingredients for large groups and families to relax, recharge, and explore where days pass effortlessly. Relax next to the private pool or hit the waves or go adventuring.
