7 retreat road, Waidroka, Central

The land is freehold, only 5% of Fiji is.
There is mains electricity and a septic tank. We collect rain water for drinking and washing not a problem its standard practice here and is easily collected from the roof. No landline telephone but mobile and landline wireless phones work great, internet is avail as well speed depends on the supplier using a mobile phone 4g+ .
Landscape is quite steep in places but all parts are accessible the land is flat at the top as its on a ridge and then slopes down to another flat part at the bottom. The slopes would be good for growing as it would be well drained. The garden area is already landscaped with mature trees and grass areas.
The land is pretty much the southern most point of the main island Viti Levu.
The lots about 2 to 3 km off the main Suva to Nadi road and around 600ft up, its walking distance to the sea if you like walking, or about 5 min drive down the hill. The access road is dirt but concrete in uphill sections 4wd is NOT required people even do it on mopeds! It’s around 1hr from Sigatoka, 2 hrs from Nadi and 1 hr (70km) from Suva. From Nadi head to Suva on the queens highway its not complicated, if you don't know Fiji there is only one road!!, After a village called Korovisolou when you see a sign for Waidroka Resort turn right up the dirt track and that's the road to the estate, if you get to pacific harbour you've missed it, follow it over the top of the hill into waidroka estate and turn left into Retreat road the land is down there on the left and right, you have to provide access across the lot for others further down the road but the road can be moved to provide a cul-de-sac and access given further down. If you want to visit let us know as we live in Fiji full time so it’s not a problem to show you round. There aren't many neighbors! Both the adjacent lots have small houses on but they are unoccupied, have been empty for around 5 years! IThere are only 5 or 6 houses on the whole road. It is extremely quite the only noise is any traffic on the road to the resort, maybe 2 or 3 cars a day. If you’re a surfer you might have heard of frigates reef one of the best breaks in Fiji, you can see it from the lot.
The whole estate is over 300 acres and has maybe 20 houses in it most lots are empty just rainforest. Very few people live there full time maybe 4 of 5 couples most people come and go at random intervals.it is possible to relocate the house on the center of the ridge by moving the access road which is perfectly possible . Approval is already in place for something the same or similar to what was there.
The house is no longer there but foundations etc are.
